Ciera Knight, BSc (Osteopathy)
Ciera is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with a deep passion for the musculoskeletal system. She combines manual therapy with mobility and strengthening exercises to support pain relief, long-term function, and full-body resilience. Her approach blends hands-on treatment with movement, helping clients feel stronger and more confident in how they move.
Common concerns she treats include:
Chronic pain
Muscle and joint injuries/stiffness
Arthritis
Postural strain and imbalances
Limited mobility or range of motion
Injury recovery and prevention
Supportive care for active lifestyles
Each session is personalized to your goals, whether you’re managing pain, recovering from an injury or illness, or working toward better movement and performance.
Ciera is a 4th degree black belt in WTF Taekwondo and spent years competing across North America at events like Nationals, Can-Ams, and the US Open. A major spinal injury at 18 ended her competition career, but started her fascination of how well the human body can heal. She’s also a high-altitude mountaineer who’s turned around just hours before Mt. Everest’s summit, tagged the top of Aconcagua in Argentina, and is pursuing the Grand Slam: The Seven Summits and both poles.
When she’s not treating patients, you’ll likely find her in the mountains; training, hiking, hunting, camping, snowboarding, or running.
